DESCRIPTION:3pm or after arrival\n 	4pm trail run up Old Fulford Rd and New York Mountain\n 	6pm dinner (or whenever the group run returns)\n\nSaturday\n\n 	8am breakfast\n 	10am depart campsite for Hagerman Pass\n 	5pm dinner (or whenever the group run returns)\n\nSunday\n\n 	8am breakfast\n 	10 am depart campsite for Hat Creek -> Powerline -> Hardscrabble trail run\n 	5pm dinner (or whenever the group run returns)\n\nMonday\n\n 	8am breakfast\n 	12pm campsite departure deadline\n\nRegistration fees:\n\n 	active club membership required\n 	$75 / tent camping for all 3 nights\n 	$150 / RV camping for all 3 nights\n 	$30 / person / day meals\nEagle County 4×4 is hosting our 3nd annual group camping weekend at Sylvan Lake State Park on September 12-15\, 2025. Plan on arriving Friday afternoon or evening. We’ve reserved the large group campsite. Campfires will be allowed\, subject to local fire restrictions at the time. The camping fee is per tent or RVs and includes all 3-nights. There is an additional per-person per-day fee for food. If you’d like to save the club some money on credit card fees\, please consider registering in advance at one of our club meetings or events. Be aware that a state park pass for your vehicle will be required. Most Colorado vehicle registrations already include this pass — look for the CPW logo on your registration.\n\nThe nearest gas stations and grocery stores are in the Town of Eagle. There is no cell phone access at the lake\, but expect some club members to have Starlink. A club membership (associate or voting) will be required by the time of the event.
